Golden oyster mushroom is one of many mushroom species with anti-neoplastic effect.

This delicacy of radiant yellow colour and subtle taste has anti-oxidising effect. Comparing to other mushroom species, Golden Oyster Mushroom shows high content of copper and is a source of easily digestible protein.

Delicate in taste, similar to Cantharellus cibarius (Chantarelle). It goes excellently with fish or delicate meat types, such as veal, rabbit or turkey.
